Delete a StrumForge Account

StrumForge does not require an account for free mobile app usage. If you created an optional StrumForge account for Premium access or cross-device sync, you can delete it from the app or request deletion by email.

Delete in the App

  • Open account settings In StrumForge, open Menu > Premium / Account and sign in if needed.
  • Start deletion Tap Delete Account, review the subscription notice, then confirm deletion.
  • What is deleted StrumForge deletes the account record, account identifiers, synced settings, synced favorites, website quota data tied to the account, and account-linked Premium metadata that StrumForge is not required to retain.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you cannot access the app, email strumforge@gmail.com from the email address associated with your StrumForge account and ask to delete the account. StrumForge may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

Subscriptions

Deleting a StrumForge account does not cancel Apple App Store, Google Play, or web subscription billing. If you do not want a subscription to renew, manage or cancel it through the store or checkout account used for the purchase.
