Already purchased? Help accessing Pro
StrumForge accounts are optional for free use and in-app purchases. An account lets you use Pro across the website, iOS, and Android. These instructions apply to subscriptions and lifetime purchases.
- Purchased on the website: open Menu > Pro & Account in the app and use the StrumForge account used at checkout. No store restore is needed.
- Purchased in the app: in the app where you purchased Pro, open Menu > Pro & Account. Restore purchases there if needed, then sign in to connect Pro to an account. Use the same account on your other devices.
- Already connected: sign in with that same account on the website or your other devices.
- Reinstalled the app: restore purchases using the App Store or Google Play account used to buy Pro, or sign in if you already connected the purchase. Store restoration does not recover a web purchase or a purchase from a different store.
- Wrong account or missing access: use the original sign-in method. If you used Sign in with Apple, choose Apple again; your account may use an Apple private email address. Use Check again after a delayed access update.

- Subscription help In the native app, open Menu > Pro & Account to restore purchases, manage a subscription, connect Premium to an account, or contact support through RevenueCat Customer Center when available.
- Account deletion Signed-in users can delete an optional StrumForge account from Menu > Pro & Account in the mobile app or Menu > Account on the website. If you cannot access the app, use the account deletion page below.
